How we
operate
MB Logistics International, Inc strives to offer a turn-around-time
of 12 hours for Letters and Office Transcriptions with the last file
uploaded at 19:30 EST. Transcribed documents are available the
following morning. Stat transcription is also available as a premium
service. Depositions are generally completed in 24-36 hours
depending on the length.
For most offices, this means that VOX files are uploaded at the end
of the day and then retrieved at the beginning of the next day.
Transcriptions are generally done using MS-WORD. We will do our best
to provide transcripts in alternative formats if they are so
desired. We also offer a FAX service as well as physical delivery
for a small premium.

Submission
MB Logistics accepts work from clients in any of the following ways:
Secure Internet File Transfer (FTP/SCP)
We have a secure Internet server to receive files for processing.
Internet file transfers utilize File Transfer Protocol or Secure
Copy Protocol. Our security measures meet and exceed those required
for HIPAA.
Telephone (800 Number)
For larger accounts, we can set up an 800 number service where
professionals call in, use a PIN number to access their workspace
and dictate their reports into an automated system.

The process begins much the same way as dictating into a
voice recorder. When finished, the digital recorder is
placed in its cradle already attached to the computer,
and the files simply upload to a directory of your
choice. Once the files are uploaded to the computer, the
process is finished and the connection can be removed.
The encrypted files are then transmitted to our secure
server for transcription. |

confidentiality.
