How we operate
MB Logistics International, Inc strives to offer a turn-around-time
of 12 hours with the last file uploaded at 19:30 EST. Transcribed
documents are available the following morning. Stat transcription is
also available as a premium service.
For most offices, this means that VOX files are uploaded at the end
of the day and then retrieved at the beginning of the next day,
ready review, inclusion into charts, or immediate follow up.
Transcriptions are generally completed using MS-WORD. We will do our
best to provide transcripts in alternative formats if so desired. We
also offer a FAX service as well as physical delivery for a small
premium.

Submission
MB Logistics accepts work from
clients in any of the following ways:
Secure Internet File Transfer (FTP/SCP)
We have a secure Internet server to receive files for
processing. Internet file transfers utilize File Transfer Protocol
or Secure Copy Protocol. Our security measures meet and exceed those
required for HIPAA.
Telephone (800 Number)
We offer an 800 number service where professionals call in, use a
PIN number to access their workspace, and dictate their reports into
an automated system.

digital format
The world of transcription has gone digital!
If you are still using cassette tape as a medium for recording your
dictations, consider moving to a digital format as digital recorders
are now easier to use and more powerful than traditional tape
recorders.

The process begins much the same way as
dictating into a voice recorder. When finished, the
digital recorder is placed in its cradle already
attached to the computer, and the files simply upload to
a directory of your choice. Once the files are uploaded
to the computer, the process is finished and the
connection can be removed. The encrypted files are then
transmitted to our secure server for transcription.
