Transcription Process...

In an effort to provide a user-friendly transcription process, we offer the following data transfer options: Option #1:     Files are dictated into a Digital Voice Recorder (DVR)  At the end of the day, client logs into the MB Logistics website via the FTP Server and uploads files to their Outbox  Files are downloaded by the transcriber   After dictation files are transcribed and uploaded to the clients Inbox  Client downloads files at their convenience Option #2:    Files are dictated via the Phone in Dictation service  Files are sent immediately over the phone line to the clients Outbox  Files are downloaded by the transcriber   After dictation, files are transcribed and uploaded to the clients Inbox  Client downloads files at their convenience
